Why Bangor?

I came to an Open Day after hearing good things about ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ïfrom my friend. The staff were really welcoming and the degree sounded really interesting. But I think the main reason is Bangor’s amazing location in North Wales between the mountains and the sea.

The best thing about the course is having the opportunity to learn not just about the French and German languages, but also the countries and cultures in which they are spoken.

Clubs and Societies...

Yes, I’m the social secretary for ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Guides and Scouts (BUGS), as well as playing the clarinet in the Music Society Orchestra and ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ï Concert Band.

Best thing about Bangor?

I love its location. As a small city, everything in ÌìÌì³Ô¹Ïfeels so much more accessible, but with a small amount of travel you can get to so many amazing places, like Snowdonia National Park, Menai Bridge, and Conwy to name a few.
